Baylor All Saints and Austin, Texas-based OBHG Texas Holdings partner to provide patients obstetrical care at the Baylor All Saints facility. Baylor All Saints was notified by law enforcement Feb. 7 an employee of OBHG Texas Holdings who processed billing at Baylor All Saints may have stolen and sold patient information from June 20, 2013 to Jan. 23, 2014, according to the notification.
The employee had access to patients’ names, dates of birth, social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, health insurance information and clinical information, according to the notification.
