Baptist Health Care selects Allscripts Sunrise EHR

Pensacola, Fla.-based Baptist Health Care has adopted a suite of Allscripts solutions to implement systemwide.

In addition to selecting Allscripts Sunrise EHR, Baptist Health Care will implement Sunrise Revenue Cycle Management software, Allscripts EPSi for financial forecasting, the FollowMyHealth patient engagement portal and Allscripts dbMotion for population health management.

"Baptist Health Care Corporation chose the Allscripts solution because it closely aligns with our goals to continuously improve our organizational performance, both for the care we provide to our communities and how we manage our operations," Steven Sarros, vice president and CIO of Baptist Health Care, said in a statement. "Allscripts Sunrise provides the tools we need to streamline processes and deliver accurate, up-to-date health record to all clinicians at the point of care."
