Banner Health to deploy Health Catalyst Data Operating System

Phoenix-based Banner Health entered into a multiyear agreement with Health Catalyst to implement the Health Catalyst Data Operating System across its 28 hospitals.

The platform will enable simplified sharing and analyses as well as access to data across the Banner enterprise. It will also provide access to more than 200 data sources, including third-party EHRs, data warehouses, claims processing systems, financial systems and wearables.

Health Catalyst staff will provide onsite training to Banner's clinical and administrative teams for the DOS platform, which features artificial intelligence and natural language processing.
