Richardson, Texas-based Aprima Medical Software, an EHR provider, practice management and revenue cycle management solutions for medical practices, purchased Miami-based Healthcare Data Solutions, a former Aprima reseller.
Under the agreement, Aprima will assume full support for HDS' customers, including approximately 300 providers in 125 medical practices across 15 states.
The financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
