Through LiveHealth Online, a telemedicine company, Wisconsin members can have a live, video-based visit with a physician who can provide a diagnosis and treatment plan, as well as prescribe medications. According to a news release, a LiveHealth visit will cost the same or less than an in-person visit for eligible plan members.
Other BCBS’ state plans offer members access to LiveHealth services, though prescription services are not available in all states LiveHealth covers.
