Additionally, it includes built-in appointment reminders and an option for providers to gather pre-appointment data. The solution also allows patients to access appointment information via insurance provider resources, such as websites or applications.
The data gathered by the solution offers insights into patient behavior, which providers can relate to existing workflows.
