PerfectServe, a comprehensive and secure care team collaboration platform, aims to improve internal hospital communication accuracy and reliability. It features capabilities that enable it to automatically identify and connect the right care team members for any given clinical situation. If the primary care member does not respond, the platform provides connection to a secondary care team member.

Amita Health will implement PerfectServe at four Illinois-based Adventist hospitals in 2018: Adventist Medical Center in Bolingbrook; Adventist Medical Center, GlenOaks in Glendale Heights; Adventist Medical Center in Hinsdale; and Adventist Medical Center in La Grange. The platform will be implemented in all Amita Health hospitals in late 2018.

Amita Health has currently deployed PerfectServe in a limited capacity at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, Ill., and St. Alexius Medical Center and Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, both in Hoffman Estates, Ill.
