Through this partnership, Concentra will roll out telemedicine services to select states, to connect employees with physicians at one of more than 400 medical centers and healthcare facilities in the Concentra network. Injured workers will have 24/7 access to physicians via computers, kiosks and smartphones, in an effort to begin employee treatment as soon as possible.
Concentra will launch this telemedicine partnership in early 2017, with plans to expand services throughout the year.
