OpenNotes is a national initiative to provide patients access to their medical records, and this partnership seeks to expand upon these transparency efforts.
“Our partnership with OpenNotes is an opportunity for us to support the AMDIS mission of improving healthcare through the use of information technology, by empowering patients with their own health information,” William Bria, MD, board chairman of AMDIS, said in a statement.
