Ms. Khorey most recently served as executive director of national provider practice at Ernst & Young, based in London, United Kingdom. Previously, she served in numerous technical and executive leadership roles at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Mr. Fowles comes to Allscripts Burlington, Mass.-based Nuance Communications, where he was as senior vice president and general manager. He has more than 25 years of health IT experience.
Ms. Khorey will oversee all aspects of delivering Allscripts’ product and solution suites to clients, while Mr. Fowles will lead the company’s international growth.
