University of Rochester (New York) Medical Center has begun implementing a generative AI platform from Qualified Health.
URMC and its UR Medicine network will use the platform across its eight hospitals, NCI-designated cancer center, more than 20 urgent care centers, and academic divisions, including schools of medicine, dentistry and nursing, according to an Oct. 1 news release.
The platform, which is designed to reduce clinicians’ administrative workload by automating business and regulatory workflows, will be made available to approximately 32,000 employees, including more than 3,000 researchers and 2,000 physicians.
At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
