University Hospitals in Cleveland is teaming up with generative AI company Hippocratic AI to deploy conversational agents aimed at improving patient support and clinical workflows.
The partnership, announced in a Sept. 10 news release, will focus on using Hippocratic AI’s voice-based agents to expand patient engagement and close care gaps, beginning with pharmacy-related support.
University Hospitals said early efforts have shown promising results, paving the way for future uses such as preventive screening calls, appointment support and patient education.
