Artesia (N.M.) General Hospital has integrated the Microsoft Dragon Copilot AI scribe into its TruBridge EHR.
The hospital said its physicians are reporting more time saved on clinical documentation compared to nonintegrated clinical dictation software.
“In medical school, we are taught the ‘80% rule,’ that 80% of our focus must be on the patient to build the foundation of trust,” said Peter Jewell, MD, a family medicine physician at Artesia General Hospital, in a March 24 news release. “This technology finally allows us to realize that ideal.”
