One Brooklyn Health said it has selected Hellocare.ai as its enterprise partner for AI-assisted virtual care delivery, the New York City-based health system said in a June 15 news release.
The deployment covers two modules: AI-assisted virtual nursing and telehealth, and AI-assisted virtual sitting. The platform includes AI models for fall prevention and detection, and pressure injury prevention, allowing clinical teams to identify patient risks and intervene earlier.
The technology allows nurses and care teams to monitor patients across multiple units simultaneously, according to the health system. In addition, Hellocare.ai’s AI continuously analyzes patient activity in real time to help reduce adverse events and improve operational efficiency.
One Brooklyn Health operates three hospitals in New York City: Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, Interfaith Medical Center and Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. Hellocare.ai, headquartered in Clearwater, Fla., supports more than 100 health systems nationwide.
