New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System will evaluate Signal 1’s AI Management Platform to unify governance and performance monitoring across its growing portfolio of AI tools.
AIMS gives Mount Sinai a single system to track every AI tool in operation or under evaluation, streamline intake and approval workflows, and automate monitoring and reporting for deployed solutions. It also adds performance optimization for generative and agentic applications and tools to track return on investment against clinical, operational and research goals.
“As we expand across a diverse set of AI applications — from imaging to generative AI to emerging agent-based systems — our priority is ensuring we can monitor performance, safety, and impact at scale without slowing innovation,” said Robbie Freeman, DNP, RN, chief digital transformation officer at Mount Sinai, in a June 22 news release.
Dr. Freeman stated that the platform lets researchers and data science teams focus on building differentiated solutions rather than oversight infrastructure.
