Carrollton, Ga.-based Tanner Health has deployed an AI-enabled workforce and HR support platform for its frontline employees.
The platform provides personalized career guidance and workforce support at scale, according to a May 28 news release. The technology uses AI-enabled intake tools to prepare counseling materials and generate follow-up plans that are reviewed and approved by counselors. The system is designed to help healthcare organizations connect workforce data across HR, scheduling, credentialing and learning platforms.
The technology is also intended to support workforce development as AI changes healthcare job functions by updating employee skill profiles and connecting workers to learning resources and adjacent roles.
