10 health systems join agentic AI collaborative

Ten health systems are teaming up to explore strategy, ethics, governance and scaling of agentic AI at their organizations.

The first cohort of the collaborative, organized by digital transformation company Avia, will focus on using AI agents for nursing clinical support, customer service and contact centers, and patient experience, according to an Oct. 8 news release.

The 10 health systems include:

— Bon Secours Mercy Health (Cincinnati)

— Boston Children’s Hospital

— Children’s Wisconsin (Milwaukee)

— Froedtert ThedaCare Health (Menomonee Falls, Wis.)

— Legacy Health (Portland, Ore.)

— MedStar Health (Columbia, Md.)

— Moffitt Cancer Center (Tampa, Fla.)
