94% of organizations would repurchase their computer-assisted coding solution, KLAS finds

Most hospitals and health systems (94 percent) would buy their current vendor’s computer-assisted coding solution again, according to a recent KLAS Research report.

CAC solutions can help healthcare organizations improve their information systems’ implementation and upgrade processes. For its 2019 Computer-Assisted Coding report, KLAS gathered performance feedback and data from adopters of the following four vendors: 3M, Dolbey, Optum and ezDI.

Here’s how each vendor scored in overall customer satisfaction, based on a 100-point scale:

· ezDI: 92.5.
· Optum: 87.2.
· Dolbey: 91.3.
· 3M: 84.1.
