1. Flint, Mich.-based Genesys Physician Hospital Organization will implement a pharmacogenomics tool from 2bPrecise to help physicians evaluate how individual patients may respond to various medications.

2. Emeryville, Calif.-based Canopy Health applied American Well’s web and mobile software development kit to bring video-based telehealth to its members.

3. Seven more hospitals and clinics joined Apple’s health records project, including Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder, Texas, and PeaceHealth in Vancouver, Wash.

4. Mid-Valley Hospital signed an agreement with Cerner to deploy its EHR and population health solutions.

5. Orlando (Fla.) Health plans to transition to a new Epic EHR that the health system is calling a comprehensive health record.

6. Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger implemented a tool from Kyruus to help patients find appropriate providers across its network.

7. Ridgewood, N.J.-based Valley Health System selected an enterprise master patient index from NextGate to support automated medical record matching.
