7 recent vendor contracts, go-lives

The following vendor contracts were announced over the past week.

1. Washington D.C.-based MedStar Health signed an expanded, seven-year contract with Cerner, which will implement all of Cerner’s solutions across MedStar’s 10 hospitals.

2. Parkview Health System in Fort Wayne, Ind., signed a contract with Medline Industries as its preferred supply chain distributor.

3. Garberville, Calif.-based Southern Humboldt Community Healthcare district signed an EHR contract with Healthland Inc.

4. Cerner and Livongo Health partnered to connect information from Livongo’s glucose management devices to Cerner product users to improve diabetes management.

5. Valley General Hospital in Monroe, Wash., deployed Stockell Healthcare Systems' suite for accounting/billing and patient access.

6. Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System’s rheumatology app, already connected to Epic platforms, is now also interoperable with Cerner platforms.

7. Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital selected eHealth’s Connect Referral Pathways solution to streamline referral management.
