Here are five things to know about the DELTA Powered Analytics Maturity Model:
$1· The assessment uses the industry-neutral DELTA Model framework described in “Analytics at Work” by IIA cofounder Thomas Davenport and IIA faculty members Robert Morison and Jeanne Harris.
$1· The DELTA model measures maturity across five critical analytic competencies: Data, Enterprise approach, Leadership, Targets and Analysts.
$1· The initial assessment is conducted through a 15-20 minute online survey completed by 25 or more members of an organization.
$1· Results from the initial assessment will show how an organization’s analytics capabilities compare to peer organizations, as well as show perception gaps among different stakeholders within the organization.
$1· DELTA Powered Certification will be assigned at the following levels, from least to most mature: Beginner, Localized, Aspiring, Capable and Leader.
