For the report, the health IT research firm interviewed 50 C-suite executives and clinical leaders from healthcare facilities about their experiences with clinical process improvement solutions. These solutions tend to use analytics to drive patient care through processes like EMR optimization, workflow design, quality reporting and clinical decision support, among others.
Here’s how five popular clinical process improvement vendors stacked up, ranked by overall user satisfaction. The vendors were scored on a scale of zero to 100.

3. Cerner (based on 20 customers): 82.3
4. Truven Health (based on 17 customers): 77
5. Premier (based on 15 customers): 76.7
