4 Recent Health IT Startup Funding Announcements

The following four health IT startups have announced new funding within the past week:

  • Cloud-based decision support software vendor Syapse raised $10 million in Series B funding.
  • Online provider referral platform BetterDoctor raised $10.4 million in new venture funding.
  • BeneStream, a platform that helps employers enroll eligible employees in Medicaid rather than private insurance to comply with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate, raised $1.58 million in angel investments.      
  • AskTheDoctor, a medical advice website, has raised $3 million in angel investments.
