Here are three things to know about the new platform.

• TeleTrackingIQ solutions share common workflows so users are able to navigate within one product. Health systems already using TeleTracking products to manage referrals, transfers and admissions will maintain one comprehensive workflow view.
• The new technology aims to reduce the complexity inherent in implementation and upgrades.
• “With this new platform, TeleTracking will continue to leverage and emphasize the core strengths that clients expect from us — and deliver them using the ultimate in cloud technology,” Jason Harber, TeleTracking’s vice president of product management, said in a statement. “Solutions developed in the new platform are intuitive, engaging, scalable and intelligent — making it possible for health systems to track operational performance and achieve objectives. With TeleTracking IQ, our users are empowered to take their capabilities to the next level.”
