The technology jobs market is rapidly growing and changing. Stacker compiled a list of the top ten fastest-growing jobs in the tech market.
The list uses the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Employment Statistics to project the employment increase by 2030, according to the Aug. 29 report.
The full list of projected employment increases by 2030:
- Statisticians: 35.4 percent
- Information security analysts: 33.3 percent
- Data scientists and mathematical science occupations: 31.4 percent
- Operations research analysts: 24.6 percent
- Actuaries: 24.5 percent
- Software developers and software quality assurance analysts and testers: 22.2 percent
- Computer and information research scientists: 21.9 percent
- Web developers and digital interface designers: 12.9 percent
- Other computer occupations: 9.2 percent
- Computer user support specialists: 8.9 percent
