For the survey, Invoca, an AI-powered call tracking and analytics company, commissioned analytics research firm the Harris Poll. More than 2,000 participants ages 18 and older were surveyed online for their opinions regarding automated communications.
While just 20 percent of participants said they trust AI-generated healthcare advice, results were more split among individuals’ regarding transactions. When asked what is their preferred method to complete a healthcare transaction, participants said the following:
· Phone: 32 percent.
· In-person: 30 percent.
· Online: 25 percent.
