Plans provide $2,250 in preventive and comprehensive dental care funds, $2,000 per ear in hearing aid coverage, $350 annual eyewear coverage and $130 quarterly for over-the-counter items, according to an Oct. 13 news release.
The joint venture’s Plus plan also is launching a new debit card, with $100 loaded quarterly, that members can use toward in-network copays.
