Xifin integrates FrontRunnerHC’s insurance discovery application: 3 things to know

Health IT company Xifin added FrontRunnerHC’s PatientRemedi insurance discovery application to its revenue cycle management solution, XIFIN RPM 9.

Here are three things to know.

1. XIFIN RPM 9 is designed to help laboratories efficiently process medical claims.

2. PatientRemedi, which is available to XIFIN RPM 9 subscribing customers, helps automatically determine a patient’s current health insurance coverage. It also helps identify demographic errors and use patient information to determine if patients are eligible for government coverage or charity care, the companies said via news release.

3. Patient insurance information and demographic changes are then updated through XIFIN RPM 9 integration to help ensure claims get to the appropriate payer.
