Welch Capital Partners ups stake in Tenet

Welch Capital Partners holds 380,590 shares of Tenet Healthcare after increasing its stake in the Dallas-based hospital operator by 93.6 percent in the third quarter, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The hedge fund’s shares of Tenet are valued at $8.6 million.

Last week, Tenet’s stock price was down 6 percent compared to the week prior.
