Vizient became a minority investor in 2021 and established a joint commercial relationship that built on the strengths of both companies. The proposed acquisition would combine Vizient and Kaufman Hall’s data assets and clinical, strategic and financial expertise to help tackle healthcare providers’ most complex challenges.

We believe we can create more value together for clients who share the responsibility of improving healthcare in communities across the country.”
Vizient and Kaufman Hall will continue to operate as independent companies until the transaction is closed, which is expected to be later this year.
