Sharon Prill was named CMO.
1. Ms. Prill previously ran a management and marketing consultancy practice focused on software as a service digital startups and legacy organizations, according to a news release.
2. She also worked in the media industry for more than two decades. During this time, she oversaw digital operations and led new product development for national media outlets, according to the release.
3. In her new role at VitalWare, Ms. Prill will be responsible for marketing, product strategy, development/IT, content and the company’s project management office.
Jarrod Heinz was named CFO.
4. As CFO, Mr. Heinz will be responsible for VitalWare’s merger and acquisition activities, as well as the company’s financial operations.
