As part of the multi-year agreement, Conifer Health will provide enrollment and eligibility, clinical documentation improvement, health information management and accounts receivable management services for Verity Health’s six California hospitals, according to a news release.
At present, Conifer Health provides value-based care services to three of Verity Health’s hospitals.
