Revenue cycle management company Ventra Health has named Erica Franko chief transformation officer.
Ms. Franko joins the company from AGS Health, where she served as senior vice president of customer success, according to a June 22 Ventra Health news release.
Ventra Health CEO Steven Huddleston said in the release Ms. Franko has proven experience centered at the intersection of technology and process, which will help the company drive sustainable improvements.
