University of South Alabama's Children's & Women's Hospital completes $72M expansion

 

University of South Alabama's Children's & Women's Hospital in Mobile completed a $72 million expansion project, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.

The project includes the addition of a 200,000-square-foot patient tower, a full-service cafeteria as well as the interior renovation of the hospital's existing main lobby and gift shop. The patient tower features eight operating rooms, two endoscopy rooms and new patient rooms, according to the report.
