Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the all-cash transaction is expected to close during the first half of 2012, pending regulatory approvals.
XLHealth, which estimates its 2012 revenue will top $2 billion, has Medicare Advantage members in six states and will expand its business to six more states in 2012, according to the news release.
