Springer told Forbes that TransUnion is not just a credit bureau but a true “global information solution provider.”
The rebranding effort by TransUnion is to reflect this change in the way TransUnion does business, where TransUnion does business and who TransUnion does business with.
Springer accredits the change to TransUnion CEO Jim Peck, who joined TransUnion at the end of 2012. Peck has been changing TransUnion’s methods for the last few years, Springer said in the interview.
