Salisbury, Md.-based TidalHealth will close its primary care clinic in Federalsburg, Md., on Nov. 15, TidalHealth told Becker’s.

The closure comes as TidalHealth reported an operating margin slumped from -3.4% in fiscal 2025 to -3.8% in fiscal 2026.

“After careful consideration, TidalHealth Primary Care in Federalsburg will close effective Nov. 15, 2026,” a TidalHealth spokesperson said in a statement to Becker’s. “As part of this transition, patients are being connected with TidalHealth Primary Care offices in Bridgeville, Seaford, Delmar and Georgetown, where they can continue receiving care through TidalHealth’s network of primary care practitioners.”

Patients are currently being redirected to the system’s other practices.

“Supporting the health and well-being of the communities we serve remains a priority for TidalHealth,” a TidalHealth spokesperson said. “While this location is closing, our commitment to the residents of Federalsburg and the surrounding communities remains unchanged.”
