Tenet subsidiary names hospital RCM business leader: 4 things to know

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare’s revenue cycle subsidiary, Frisco, Texas-based Conifer Health Solutions, named James “Jim” Logsdon president of its hospital revenue cycle management business unit.

Here are four things to know about Mr. Logsdon.

1. He begins his job at Conifer effective immediately.

2. Previously, Mr. Logsdon served for more than two decades at Arlington, Texas-based nonprofit health system Texas Health Resources, serving in various RCM senior leadership positions.

3. He also previously served as president of consulting firm Organizational Development Corp. in Mukwonago, Wis., and at Zimmerman & Associates in Hales Corner, Wis., as director of healthcare revenue cycle services.

3. Mr. Logsdon earned master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington and Milwaukee-based Cardinal Stritch University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis.
