Tenet Signs 4-Year, National Agreement With Humana

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp. has signed a four-year contracting agreement with Humana; the agreement went into effect Aug. 1.

Under the national contact, Humana’s Medicare and commercial PPO, HMO, Point-of-Service and HumanaOne customers have in-network access to all of Tenet’s facilities across the country.

Members will also have access to freestanding diagnostic imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers and other freestanding outpatient centers in which Tenet holds a majority interest.
