Mr. Fetter’s base salary in fiscal year 2011 was $1.08 million, the same as the previous two years. He received $4.88 million in stock awards, $2.67 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation and $1.93 million of accumulated benefits under his supplemental executive retirement plan. Mr. Fetter also received more than $142,000 for personal use of Tenet’s aircraft.
Biggs Porter, Tenet’s former CFO, made $3.18 million in total compensation in 2011. This figure was slightly less than his 2010 figures, when he made $3.43 million. Mr. Porter’s base salary was $579,000, and he accrued more than $1.31 million in stock awards.
Mr. Porter resigned from Tenet effective March 30, 2012, and is currently CFO of Fluor Corp., an engineering and construction company.
