Tenet’s fourth quarter financial statement process is not fully completed, but the system expects to finish 2022 slightly above the midpoint of its adjusted EBITDA guidance of $3.425 billion for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, according to a Jan. 19 Tenet news release.
“Our business units continued to demonstrate effective management capabilities and delivered strong results in the fourth quarter,” CEO Saum Sutaria, MD, said in the release. “All three of our business units are expected to produce Adjusted EBITDA excluding grant income that was at or slightly above the midpoint of our guidance.”
Tenet will report its fourth quarter earnings Feb. 9.
