The solution is designed to launch new clients faster and optimize self-pay, insurance follow-up and denials management for various healthcare projects, both entities said.
Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sutherland Global Services, a global provider of business process and technology management services, employs more than 5,000 healthcare professionals and operates in more than 15 locations worldwide.
Sutherland is expected to implement the new system first in two clients, and ultimately plans to roll the solution out to its entire customer base.
