Stryker's Performance Solutions healthcare transformation business launched a consulting service for orthopedic physician practices.
The Practice Excellence Program is designed to help practices improve finances, efficiency and quality outcomes, Performance Solutions said via news release. The service examines the practice's operations and finances and then identifies improvement areas. A specialized plan is then developed, "inclusive of three separate value tracks that are prioritized and scalable depending on the organization's greatest need."
The three separate tracks are revenue cycle management, practice redesign and ongoing data analytics.
