South Sound Radiology in Olympia, Wash., has entered into a new revenue cycle partnership with RCM services company Zotec Partners.
Zotec offers medical billing and practice management services for the hospital-based specialty market.
"As payment responsibility continues to shift from payers to patients, we knew we needed a business partner with sophisticated billing technology and people who are knowledgeable about our state and the healthcare industry. Zotec offered both, with outstanding real-time reporting and analytics," said Stephanie Dirckx, SSR executive director.
SSR includes 29 board-certified radiologists.
