Simcoe Capital Management ups stake in LifePoint

Simcoe Capital Management holds 199,970 shares of LifePoint Health after scooping up 153,185 shares of the Brentwood, Tenn.-based hospital operator in the most recent quarter, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The hedge fund’s shares of LifePoint are valued at $11.59 million. LifePoint makes up about 6.3 percent of Simcoe’s portfolio, according to The Market Digest.

Other hedge funds, including Profund Advisors, also upped their stakes in LifePoint in the most recent quarter.
