The company’s new version of its comprehensive lab and billing solution, SurroundLab, includes “all of the capabilities needed to manage a lab’s day-to-day operations and sophisticated billing software to ensure a lab’s revenue cycle always remains healthy,” Seacoast said in a news release. The revamped solution was made specifically for clinical labs and offers customizing capabilities.
Commenting on the new version, John Herring, president and CEO of Seacoast, said: “We have been in the outreach and commercial laboratory business for over 30 years, and we have listened to our clients. This new version of our software solutions that addresses both the clinical and financial needs of commercial laboratories is a result of 30 years of our clients’ input.”
