SCL Health gets Fitch issuer default rating of ‘AA-‘

Fitch Ratings assigned Broomfield, Colo.-based Sisters of Charity Leavenworth Health Services Corporation an issuer default rating of “AA-.”  The system does business as SCL Health.

Concurrently, Fitch affirmed its long-term “AA-” rating on SCL Health.

The assignment and affirmation are based on several factors, including SCL Health’s favorable payer mix, strong operating metrics, limited capital needs and favorable liquidity. 

The outlook is stable.
