Business process management company Sagility has acquired Devlin Consulting, a payment integrity services provider.
The acquisition combines Sagility’s payment integrity services with Devlin Consulting’s contract central technology platform, according to an April 25 Sagility news release. Sagility will now offer a payment integrity suite that focuses on pre-pay cost avoidance, enhanced post-pay recoveries and improved provider-payer relations.
Previously known as HGS Healthcare, Sagility rebranded in September.
