Sachem Head Capital lowers stake in TeamHealth by 9.4%

New York City-based Sachem Head Capital Management sold 265,000 shares of Knoxville, Tenn.-based TeamHealth, reducing the investment management company’s stake by approximately 9.41 percent, according to The Market Digest.

The investment management company now holds a total of 2,550,000 shares of TeamHealth, valued at $105,825,000, according to a disclosure report filed Nov. 14. TeamHealth makes up approximately 5.27 percent of Sachem Head Capital’s portfolio.
