S&P upgrades Saratoga Hospital to ‘A’

S&P Global Ratings upgraded Saratoga Springs, N.Y.-based Saratoga Hospital’s long-term and underlying rating to “A” from “A-.”

The upgrade is a result of the hospital’s strong and consistent operating performance, healthy debt service coverage and growing unrestricted reserves.

The outlook is stable, reflecting S&P’s expectation that operating results will remain positive.
